Kirsten graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 1998 with an honours degree in Physiotherapy. She initially spent 5.5 years working in the NHS and then 11.5 years in private healthcare before moving full time into private practise. Kirsten has a wide knowledge base in treating musculoskeletal conditions which involves anything to do with joints and muscles and has many years experience in treating people of all age groups, with varying levels of fitness and with differing expectation levels. She continually strives to improve herself as a therapist so that she can treat her clients to the highest level.
 
Kirsten is a fully qualified Pilates Instructor and Acupuncture Therapist and strongly believes in engaging her client in the treatment process so that they work in partnership to gain maximum recovery.
 
She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, the Health & Care Professions Council, the Acupuncture Association of Physiotherapists and Physio First for Physiotherapists in Private Practice.
