What Patients Say
I first started attending physio with Kirsten when I had a lot of pain in my lower back, hip and SI joint, which was restricting me from sitting or exercising. From the very first consultation she took time to understand what was wrong, got to the root cause straight away, and instantly put me at ease as she described a plan on how she would get me back to my former self. Within a few weeks I had pretty much recovered and now fully mobile again and back running regularly. I cannot recommend Kirsten highly enough.
Gail
A big thanks to Kirsten. She has been an exceptional help in sorting out my neck and back problems. She gives exercises, advice and first class all round treatment. Kirsten is caring, professional and takes time to listen and advise. I highly recommend KK Physio & Pilates.
Fiona
Highly recommend Kirsten from KKphysio & Pilates if you are looking for a Pilates class.
Kirsten is an excellent teacher, she explains the exercises in full and always tailors the class to suit all abilities. Her classes are small which means that she can ensure that everyone gets her individual attention. Being a physio also means that she can advise whether an exercise is suitable for each individuals needs and give alternatives where appropriate.
I have been attending Kirsten's classes for several years now and look forward to continuing to do so.
